Waiver

By typing or signing your name on the bottom of the registration form you are acknowledging that you have read and fully understand the Waiver below which is valid any time you are involved in the program or camp. I agree to release Barb Aidelbaum Skating Schools Inc. president, employees, directors, officers, agents, sponsors, partners and licensees and any other party affiliated with Barb Aidelbaum Skating Schools Ltd including the ice arena from all claims, actions, causes of actions and damages by the undersigned person for the loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly from the participation of such person in this hockey and hockeyskating clinic. I further agree to indemnify and save harmless such parties from all claims, actions, damages or demands, including all costs and expenses incurred in defending any such claims or actions. I fully recognize that participation in the sport of ice hockey can be hazardous, even dangerous, and can result in minor or serious injury, even death. The risks and hazards of ice hockey and hockeyskating training include, but are not limited to, injuries from:

Collisions with the rink boards, hockey nets and ice;

Being struck by hockey sticks and pucks;

Physical contact with other participants, resulting in injuries to the eyes, face, teeth, head and other parts of the body, bruises, sprains, cuts, scrapes, breaks, dislocations and spinal cord injuries which may render a player permanently paralyzed. There are also potential risks of which may presently be unknown.

It is also agreed that Barb Aidelbaum Skating Schools Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles or hockey equipment. Barb Aidelbaum Skating Schools Ltd. reserves the right to use any pictures and videos taken during its programs for advertising and/or instructional purposes. It is also agreed that Barb Aidelbaum Skating Schools Ltd. reserves the right to substitute instructors. I have fully read this waiver and I acknowledge a complete understanding of the contents of said waiver.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing by text or email.

Private or Semi-Private lesson cancellations or changes can be made up till the Friday before at 12 noon. There are no cancellations for the pre-purchased rental of the ice. 

Small group cancellations up to 21 days notice prior to the start of your camp you will receive a full refund of all camps fees, less a $75 administration. Small group cancellation with less than 21 days notice are non-refundable.
